Steps to Request a Refund

  1. Cancel Your Subscription First

  2. Complete the Refund Request Form

  3. Processing Timeline

    • If submitted within 90 days of your first payment, we’ll process your refund within 1-2 business days.

    • The refunded amount will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  4. Verify Refund

    • You’ll receive a confirmation email from UpFlip once the refund is processed.

    • Check your bank or card statement to confirm the refund has been credited.


Important Notes

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for monthly, quarterly, and annual memberships within 90 days of the first payment, even if you’ve used benefits like courses or downloads.

  • Immediate Loss of Access: Requesting a refund will immediately end your access to all membership benefits, including courses and resources, regardless of your billing cycle.

  • Full Refund Only: You’ll receive a full refund if requested within 90 days. No prorated refunds are offered.
