Steps to Pause Your Membership

      • Desired pause duration (if known)

  2. Support Team Response

    • Our team will confirm your request within 1-2 business days.

    • We’ll pause your membership and notify you via email with the pause start date and any resumption details.

  3. What Happens During a Pause

    • No charges will be applied during the pause period.

    • Your access to membership benefits (e.g., courses, downloads) may be suspended until the membership resumes.

    • Your account remains active, so you can resume anytime by contacting support.

  4. Resuming Your Membership
