Step-by-Step Guide to Cancel Your Free Trial
Access the Customer Portal
Visit our Customer Portal at: UpFlip Academy Members Portal
Log in using the email address associated with your UpFlip account. If you don’t have an account, click “Sign up” to create one or reset your password if needed.
Navigate to Subscriptions
Once logged in, locate the Subscriptions section on the portal dashboard. This shows your active free trial details, including the trial end date.
Cancel Your Free Trial
Click on your free trial (e.g., “UpFlip Free Trial”).
Select Cancel Subscription from the available options.
Confirm you want to cancel immediately. This stops your trial and prevents automatic conversion to a paid membership.
If prompted, select a cancellation reason (e.g., “Not interested” or “Other”) to help us improve. You can add optional feedback in the text box.
Confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel Subscription.
Verify Cancellation
After canceling, you’ll see a confirmation message in the portal.
Check your email for a cancellation confirmation from UpFlip or Stripe, sent to the address linked to your account.
Managing Other Account Details
The Stripe Customer Portal also lets you:
Update Payment Methods: Add or delete a card under Payment Methods. You must have a payment method for trials, but no charges apply during the trial.
Update Billing Information: Edit your name, email, or address in Billing Details.
Important Notes
No Charges: Canceling a free trial ensures no charges are applied, as trials are free.
Reactivation: You cannot reactivate a canceled trial. To rejoin, start a new trial or subscription at upflip.com.
