In this article, we will go over how to cancel your UpFlip Academy free trial to avoid any charges. UpFlip Academy offers a 10-day free trial, and a valid credit card is required to begin.
During the trial, you will have full access to all of our courses and resources. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will automatically be charged for the subscription plan you selected.
If you decide UpFlip Academy is not the right fit, follow the steps below to cancel before any charges are made.
Step 1: Log in to your UpFlip Academy account
To begin, log in to your UpFlip Academy account using the credentials you created when you signed up.
Step 2: Navigate to your billing settings
Once logged in, go to your account settings by clicking on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Step 3: Select "Subscription"
In the account settings menu, look for the " Subscription" option. Click on it to access your subscription details.
Step 4: Cancel your trial
Under the "Subscription" section, you’ll see your current trial status. To cancel, click the "Cancel" button. You will then be taken to a cancellation survey, simply fill it out and confirm your cancellation.
Please note: If you are experiencing issues with the cancellation survey, please use our customer portal to cancel and manage your trial.
Step 5: Confirm cancellation
After confirming, you’ll receive a message that your trial has been successfully canceled, and you will no longer be billed. You will retain access to UpFlip Academy until the end of the 10-day trial, after which your account will automatically switch to the free Starter plan.
