Step-by-Step Guide to Cancel Your Free Trial
Access Your Billing Settings
Log in to your UpFlip Academy account.
Navigate to your billing settings using this direct link: UpFlip Academy Billing Settings.
Locate the Subscription Section
Once in the billing settings, find the Subscriptions section.
This section displays your active free trial details, including the trial end date.
Cancel Your Free Trial
In the Subscriptions section, you will see two buttons: Manage and Cancel.
To cancel your free trial, click the Cancel button.
A popup will appear asking why you are canceling. Select a reason (e.g., “Not interested” or “Other”) to help us improve and provide optional feedback in the text box.
Answer any additional questions in the popup as prompted.
Confirm the cancellation in the popup. This stops your trial immediately and prevents automatic conversion to a paid membership.
Finalize the cancellation by confirming your choice.
Verify Cancellation
After canceling, you’ll see a confirmation message in your account settings.
Check your email for a cancellation confirmation from UpFlip, sent to the address linked to your account.
Managing Other Account Details
Manage Subscription: Click the Manage button in the Subscriptions section to view invoices, update payment methods, or edit billing details through the customer portal.
Update Payment Methods: You can add or delete a card in the portal. A payment method is required for trials, but no charges apply during the trial.
Update Billing Information: Edit your name, email, or address in the portal.
Important Notes
No Charges: Canceling a free trial ensures no charges are applied, as trials are free.
Reactivation: You cannot reactivate a canceled trial. To rejoin, start a new trial or subscription at upflip.com.
