2: Access the account settings

Click on your avatar image located in the top right-hand corner of the website. This will open a dropdown menu where you can access various settings.

3: Navigate to the billing section

From the dropdown menu, select "Billing." This will take you to the billing dashboard where you can manage your subscription details.

4: Initiate cancellation

In the billing dashboard, you'll find the option "Cancel subscription." Click on this to start the cancellation process.

5: Select a cancellation reason

You will be prompted to select a reason for your cancellation. Choose the most relevant option from the list provided. This helps us understand our users' needs better and improve our services.

6: Confirm your cancellation

7: Account deletion confirmation
