How to Cancel Your UpFlip Academy Membership

Why Use the Stripe Customer Portal?

The Stripe Customer Portal is a secure, easy-to-use platform where you can cancel your membership, update payment methods, view invoices, and manage your account details in one place.


Step-by-Step Guide to Cancel Your Membership

  1. Access the Customer Portal

    • Visit our Customer Portal at: UpFlip Academy Members Portal

    • Log in using the email address associated with your UpFlip account. If you don’t have an account, click “Sign up” to create one or reset your password if needed.

  2. Navigate to Subscriptions

    • Once logged in, locate the Subscriptions section on the portal dashboard. This shows your active membership details, including the plan name and billing cycle.

  3. Cancel Your Membership

    • Click on your active membership (e.g., “UpFlip Membership”).

    • Select Cancel Subscription from the available options.

    • Choose when to end the membership:

      • Immediately: Cancels your membership right away. No further charges will apply.

      • At the end of the billing period: Allows access until the current period ends. No new charges will occur after this.

    • If prompted, select a cancellation reason (e.g., “No longer needed” or “Other”) to help us improve. You can add optional feedback in the text box.

    • Confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel Subscription.

  4. Verify Cancellation

    • After canceling, you’ll see a confirmation message in the portal.

    • Check your email for a cancellation confirmation from UpFlip or Stripe, sent to the address linked to your account.

    • If you chose “end of billing period,” ensure your access ends at the period’s conclusion.


Managing Other Account Details

The Stripe Customer Portal also lets you:

  • Update Payment Methods: Add a new card or delete an existing one under Payment Methods. You must maintain at least one payment method for active memberships.

  • View Invoices: Check your billing history in Invoices to see past payments or download receipts.

  • Update Billing Information: Edit your name, email, or address in Billing Details.


Important Notes

  • Reactivation: You cannot reactivate a canceled membership. To rejoin, create a new subscription at upflip.com.

  • Can I cancel within the UpFlip Academy? Yes, just navigate to your billing settings and you will see an cancel button next to your subscription.

  • Will I lose access immediately? It depends on your choice: immediate cancellation stops access instantly; end-of-period retains access until the period ends.
