How to request a refund

NOTE: If you no longer have access to your account, please visit support.upflip.com and send us a message, and we will take care of the refund process for you.


Step 2: Access the chat widget

Click on the chat widget located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Ensure you are on the home tab within the chat widget.


3: Navigate to create a ticket

Scroll to the bottom of the chat widget where you will find a section titled "Create a ticket." Select "Request a refund" from the options available.


4: Complete the refund form

Fill out all the required details in the refund form. Be sure to provide accurate information to facilitate a smooth refund process.


5: Submit your ticket

Once you have filled out the form, submit your ticket. Our dedicated support team will review your request and initiate the refund process within 1-2 business days.


6: Email confirmation

After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the status of your ticket. This email will ensure that we have received your refund request and are processing it.


7: Refund processing

Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
