Managing your subscription directly in your UpFlip Academy account is a secure and straightforward way to cancel your membership or manage other account details.
Step-by-Step Guide to Cancel Your Membership
Access Your Billing Settings
Log in to your UpFlip Academy account.
Navigate to your billing settings using this direct link: UpFlip Academy Billing Settings.
Locate the Subscription Section
Once in the billing settings, find the Subscriptions section.
This section displays your active membership details, including the plan name and billing cycle.
Cancel Your Membership
In the Subscriptions section, you will see two buttons: Manage and Cancel.
To cancel your membership, click the Cancel button.
A popup will appear asking why you are canceling. Select a reason (e.g., “No longer needed” or “Other”) to help us improve and provide optional feedback in the text box.
Answer any additional questions in the popup as prompted.
Confirm the cancellation in the popup. This finalizes your cancellation.
Verify Cancellation
After canceling, you’ll see a confirmation message in your account settings.
Check your email for a cancellation confirmation from UpFlip, sent to the address linked to your account.
If you chose “end of billing period,” ensure your access ends at the period’s conclusion.
Please Note - When you cancel your membership, your subscription may still appear as "active" in the billing settings. This is because you retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. Rest assured, you will not be charged again after this period ends. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
Managing Other Account Details
Manage Subscription: Click the Manage button in the Subscriptions section to view invoices, update payment methods, or edit billing details through the customer portal.
Update Payment Methods: Add a new card or delete an existing one in the portal. You must maintain at least one payment method for active memberships.
View Invoices: Check your billing history in the portal to see past payments or download receipts.
Update Billing Information: Edit your name, email, or address in the portal.
