Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for monthly, quarterly and annual memberships. You can request a refund even if you have started using the membership benefits, such as watching a course or downloading materials.


Refund Time Frame

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing your membership. If your request is submitted within this period, you will receive a full refund. No prorated refunds will be provided.


Special Conditions

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Therefore, refunds are granted in cases of medical emergencies, provided you submit appropriate proof. Unfortunately, accidental purchases are not eligible for refunds.
